Job Descriptions:

Platform Management: 

  • Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts across platforms:
  • Facebook (7+ pages by region)
  • Instagram (Brand + Events)
  • YouTube (Global + Korea)
  • LinkedIn, TikTok, Rednote

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and platform performance across regions using tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other social analytics platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Tailor content and campaigns to resonate with diverse regional audiences.

Content Planning and Management:

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all channels in alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Community Engagement: Maintain consistent engagement with our audiencesrespond to comments, messages, and coordinate with customer service where needed.

Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns, ensuring social media amplifies launches, promotions, and key announcements.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments including projects, registration, and sales to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and audience feedback to inform content strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure cultural relevance and appropriateness of content.

    Job Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of relevant social media management experience
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is required
    • Experience in a marketing agency setting is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of platform best practices and current social media trends
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
    • Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and manage several projects concurrently
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Agorapulse).
    • Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
    • Experience in content creation or short-form video editing (TikTok/Reels) is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Remuneration

    RM 3,000 - RM 6,000 (Depending on relevant experience)
