Job Descriptions:
- Manage our Social Media Strategy, Relationships, Content, Lead generation, Monitoring, Measurement and Tracking.
- Community Management/Social Media Customer Service
Monitoring and responding quickly to customer service and reputation management issues on the social web. - Work together with content team for the Consistent updating of Social Media Content Calendar with content, Posting details, and tracking of results in various social media platforms. (i.e. Discord, Twitter, Telegram and others as designated critical to ongoing projects)
- Work together with content team to create and regular post content including but not limited to FAQs, status updates, announcements, and engagement. Customer Service on Social Media Platforms.
- Timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
- Consistent tracking of the Increase in number of participants, engagement, etc .
- Create SOPs to systemise the social media engagement processes.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in Social Media
- Minimum Diploma Education
- Experience in Content Creation will be added advantage
Remuneration
RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 (Depending on relevant experience)
