Responsibilities:

• Promote simple insurance plans through telemarketing to dedicated bank customers.
• To build strong customer relationship.
• To deliver professional, cost effective and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives of the Outbound Contact Centre.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.
• Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
• Enjoy working over the telephone.
• Strong command of Mandarin (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak other
• languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent mandarin skills as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Education Qualification:
SPM and above (minimum 5 passed).

Remuneration:
RM2,500 - RM 4,000 (Basic) + Commission

Working hour
Mon - Fri : 8:30am to 5:30pm ; First 2 Saturday - 9:30am to 2:30pm
