Service Engineer, Testing Instruments

About the Company

Our client was established to provide a competitive variety of testing instruments to the Aerospace, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Power & Generation, Shipbuilding, Heavy Metal, Electronics, Educational & Skill Training Centers, and other end customers. They have testing equipment from Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Destructive Testing (DT), Vibration, Gauges, and consumables. They also offer after-sales service, including instrument repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities 

• Set-up, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customers site
• Conduct training and provide after-sales service support to customers
• Perform calibration, create new applications for customers
• Carry out Yearly Preventive Maintenance and Calibration at the customers site
• Attend to customers' complaints/technical enquiries and take corrective actions within the targeted timeline
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Able to handle multitask and work independently

Requirements 

• The candidate should preferably possess at least a degree in
  engineering (electrical/mechanical) or noise & vibration related cert.
• 1- or 2-years experiences are preferable
• Based in Selangor/KL
• Good trouble-shooting and analytical skills
• Training will be provided for newer
• Self-discipline with positive work ethics and behaviour
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to travel to outstation and oversea
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel
• Mandarin speaking would be highly preferred.

Remuneration

• RM 3,000 - RM 6,000
