About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognized chain of theme restaurants known for its rock-and-roll.

Responsibilities

  • Execute annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the General Manager and international team.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand-building activities.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and other brands.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty through effective promotional strategies and feedback mechanisms.
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as product launches, tastings, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure marketing practices comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with other operation teams (Kitchen, Food & Beverage and etc,) to ensure profitability in event business and smooth of operations.
  • Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, include F&B and merchandise.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration qualification or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Performance driven, assertive, self-motivated with positive attitude.
  • A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Frequent travel required
  • Work location: Puteri Harbour, Johor

Remuneration

Basic up to MYR 9,000 (Depending on experience) + Commission
