Key Duties and Responsibilities (Percentage Focus):

  • To provide clear leadership to the management team and all employees, by motivating, coaching and coordinating them to grow the dealership; (20%)
  • To identify the opportunities created by industry trends, technology, customer behaviors, etc (20%)
  • To coordinate regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency; (20%)
  • To create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership; (10%)
  • To maintain and develop brand culture, values and reputation, in line with CI and the organizations standards. (10%)
  • To ensure prompt and high quality customer service is delivered by sales and aftersales teams; (10%)
  • To use and control cost with efficiency (10%)


Working Relationships:

General Manager works closely with the branch manager, sales and marketing, and reports directly to the Chairman.


Requirements:

  • Have at least 15 years of experience including Dealer operations, Sales, and Service After Sales.
  • Bachelors Degree/ Master in Automotive, Management, Sales, and Marketing

Work Days
Monday - Saturday | 5.5 days | 7.30am - 5.30pm

Remuneration

USD 4,000 - 6,000
