Senior Manager/ Manager, Business Development (Investment & Acquisition)

Our client is Malaysia's premier sustainable energy solutions company, specializing in the reduction of carbon emissions through development and investment in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Financial Modelling (FM) in acquisition and/or divestment of companies with existing RE assets/ projects.

• Responsible in preparing, reviewing and maintaining the Financial Model for all business segments.

• Review individual FM for all business proposals with the segment head.

• Assess FMs and manage FM streamlining for all IC papers.

• Manage the preparation of the AOP.

• Manage initiatives related to Corporate Strategy.

• To report to Head of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy (dotted line) in development and management of the Groups Annual Operating Plan and Balanced Scorecard (Corporate KPI)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or any other relavant fields

• Having one of the Professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA and etc.) would be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in investment or corporate strategy role involving valuation and acquisition.

• Drive acquisitions of renewable energy assets and business in tandem with organic growth.

• Support in valuations and investment analysis.

• Manage corporate strategy and formulate annual business plan.
