Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of customer- and partner-facing field marketing programs. This role focuses heavily on event logistics, coordination, and execution, working closely with Field Marketing Managers in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting external events (not internal-only) and can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

The impact you will have:

  • Execute logistics for field marketing programs, including:
    • Trade shows, conferences, and expos
    • Company-led events (breakfasts, keynotes, breakout sessions, trainings, receptions)
    • Virtual and hybrid events
    • Third-party sponsorships and partner events
  • Coordinate hotels, venues, vendors, AV, catering, and on-site execution
  • Support event setup, lead scanning, sponsor coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers to support:
    • Consumer Industries
    • Emerging Enterprise
    • Startup and DNB marketing strategies
  • Assist with sales enablement materials before and after events, including sales communications
  • Track budgets, manage procurement processes, and ensure accurate expense reporting
  • Document program deliverables to help ensure events are scalable and repeatable
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partners, and internal stakeholders

Must-Have Experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting customer- and partner-facing events
  • Experience executing small to large-scale field marketing events
  • Comfortable working in a startup or lean environment with limited resources
  • Strong coordination, organization, and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented work style
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with lead scanning tools
  • Experience managing sponsors and partner logistics
  • Exposure to trade shows, conferences, and third-party events
