Traffic and Partnership Manager
Job Description:
Traffic & Partnerships Manager
We're an OnlyFans management agency focused on male creators. We're profitable,
growing fast, and sitting on untapped traffic channels that print money every time we test
them. We need someone to own these channels full-time.
What you'll own
1. Shout outs & Cross-Promotions
Find male OF creators open to paid shout outs, guaranteed-fan deals, and SFS
swaps. Build and manage a pipeline of these relationships so traffic flows
consistently, not in random bursts.
2. Affiliate Program
We have one affiliate already doing ~$1,500/mo in commissions with minimal effort.
Your job is to build this into a proper channel: find affiliates, pitch them, onboard
them, and keep them active. We'll handle the tech (tracking links, payouts, landing
pages).
3. Paid Traffic from External Sites
Negotiate CPA, CPC, or rev-share deals with gay websites, tube sites, OF discovery
platforms, and similar. You find the inventory, negotiate the terms, we measure the
ROI together.
4. Cold Outreach at Scale
We can scrape social data and build target lists. You run the outreach sequences,
follow-ups, and close the deals.
You're a good fit if:
You've worked with or around OnlyFans, creator economies, or webcam agencies
Connections to other OF agencies or gay website owners with large traffic is a
massive plus
You've done BD, media buying, or partnership work in adult, dating, gaming, or
affiliate marketing
You're comfortable with cold outreach and don't need hand-holding to start
conversations with strangers
You understand basic unit economics (CPA, LTV, rev-share, ROAS)
You're a closer, not just a researcher - you actually get deals done
You're NOT a good fit if:
You need a playbook handed to you - this role requires initiative
You only know how to run Facebook/Google ads - this isn't that
What we offer
€2,500/month base + performance bonuses tied to revenue generated through your
channels
A team that moves fast with real tech infrastructure behind you
Direct access to the founder
Channels that are already proven - you're scaling them, not inventing them
