We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Account Manager/Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the EU time zone, with a preference for candidates based in Cyprus (not essential).

Role Responsibilities

• Buy traffic from publishers and manage relationships
  
  

• Identify, approach, and onboard new publisher partners
  
  

• Negotiate the best terms for traffic acquisition
  
  

• Analyze and optimize traffic quality and performance metrics
  
  

• Conduct market research to discover high-quality traffic sources
  
  

• Attend industry events worldwide to build and strengthen partnerships
  
  

• Collaborate closely with the Advertising team to resell traffic
  
  

• Work with internal and external teams including, project manager and designers
  
  

• Manage traffic acquisition budgets effectively
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing
  
  

• Strong experience with CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and RevShare offers
  
  

• In-depth understanding of traffic quality analysis
  
  

• Proficient in postback setups and tracking platforms
  
  

• High-level written and verbal communication in English
  
  

• Existing network within the adult industry is essential
