Experienced Payday Loan Affiliate Manager/Account Manager / USA Remote 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize our affiliate program. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships, executing strategies, tracking

performance to drive growth and revenue while you grow this department. You will work closely with our marketing

team, oversee campaign management, optimization, and compliance.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve clients by prospecting, negotiating and closing new client accounts and upsells for existing clients.

· Work with company Dev, Buyer, Accounting and Compliance Teams to ensure proper contracting and

implementation.

· Learn to use company software systems to review and adjust client settings as needed.

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with Affiliates.

· Keep Management updated on progress through timely communication and accurate documentation of work.

· Follows through on requests made by company and clients.

· Monitor Affiliate payouts, traffic quality, volume, concerns,

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION RECOMMENDATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or Equivalent Experience. Experience in

consumer finance and personal lending is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal communication skills and

ability to establish rapport with clients. Has a positive attitude, competent general computer skills, MS Windows, mobile

communications, Office365, typing 45 wpm, internet, email, messaging platforms (ex. Teams, Telegram, Slack, Skype).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Monday Friday X AM to X PM

Available on-call after hours and weekends for critical matters or VIP clients.

Travel to conferences and trade shows in exciting locations such as New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, or

approximately 2-5 times per year.
