About the Opportunity: Our Client is seeking an exceptional Senior Affiliate Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role requires an individual who can strategically manage and scale a high-value existing portfolio of advertisers while driving new business growth. You will navigate complex, high-reward verticals with a focus on deep optimization, data analysis, and direct negotiation.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management & Client Strategy
- Relationship Management: Proactively manage and build long-term, strategic relationships with an existing portfolio of premium advertisers.
- Flagship Client Optimization: Constantly optimize and create high-performing campaigns for our largest, high-volume client, providing creative and analytical advice.
- Strategy Coordination: Lead the creation and coordination of comprehensive online campaign strategies.
2. Analytical & Performance Optimization
- Daily Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and relevant data on a daily basis to identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
- Reporting: Deliver clear and actionable campaign results reporting on a weekly/monthly basis, both externally to clients and internally to management.
3. Business Development & Scaling
- Growth Activation: Actively identify, contact, onboard, and activate new advertisers to expand the company's footprint.
- Publisher Negotiation: Negotiate directly with publishers and optimize their ad spaces to maximize campaign ROI.
- Budget & Deal Closing: Negotiate and close advertising budgets and complex deals to significantly scale portfolio value.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Industry Leadership
- Technical Sync: Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot performance issues and collaborate on setting up new platform features/improvements.
- Industry Expertise: Stay continuously updated on the latest industry news, media buying models, and technology trends. Represent the company at international tradeshows.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the digital/performance sector, with a deep understanding of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.).
- Technical Savy: A strong technical understanding, combined with critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.
- Verticle Comfort: Must be fully comfortable working with and optimizing adult content.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- A Passion for Tech: A demonstrable passion for online advertising, technology, and digital innovations.
- Agile Mindset: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
