What You'll Do:

1. Sales Generation & Portfolio Growth

  • Lead Generation: Actively contact potential advertisers to generate a high volume of qualified leads.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed challenging monthly sales targets.
  • Account Sourcing: Identify and secure new high-value accounts while aggressively sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the brand at occasional international conferences and industry events.

2. Campaign Strategy & Optimization

  • Identify Flows: Work with clients to identify and test new, high-converting campaign flows based on specific needs.
  • Data Analysis: Rigorously analyze campaign and marketing data to uncover optimization insights that drive performance.
  • A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and flows to improve conversion rates and overall campaign results.

3. Client Development & Retention

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture exceptionally strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Unlock Growth: Strategically grow existing accounts by uncovering new upsell and cross-sell opportunities that maximize portfolio value.

Qualifications & Expectations (All About You):

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is a significant plus.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical skills with a precise attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with advanced negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Savvy: Highly skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and navigating data tracking platforms.
