Our client is a fast-growing digital powerhouse based in Cyprus, looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to spearhead the scaling of their affiliate and partner marketing channels. This pivotal role is critical in driving revenue growth and acquiring new users through strategic relationships and high-performing, performance-based campaigns.
As the Affiliate Manager, you will own the full partner lifecycle—from strategic acquisition and seamless onboarding to continuous optimization and rigorous performance analysis. What You'll Do:
1. Strategic Acquisition & Program Growth
- Own the Program: Take full ownership of the affiliate program, driving aggressive recruitment and management of affiliates, influencers, and publishers to expand the partner base.
- Strategic Sourcing: Actively recruit and onboard high-value partners who align with growth targets.
- Channel Scaling: Lead the charge on scaling affiliate and partner marketing channels to exceed user acquisition and revenue goals.
2. Optimization & Performance Management
- Campaign Optimization: Rigorously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analytics, and ROI-focused strategies.
- Analyze Metrics: Analyze key affiliate performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable conversion optimizations.
- Performance Reporting: Provide detailed performance reporting and deep insights to the wider team and key stakeholders.
3. Relationship Building & Negotiation
- Partner Relationships: Build, nurture, and maintain exceptionally strong partner relationships, handling complex negotiations and ongoing support.
- Manage Expectations: Expertly manage partner expectations to align with company performance requirements.
- Industry Presence: Represent the brand at major affiliate and industry events to grow presence, networks, and strategic partnerships.
4. Collaboration & Market Leadership
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with overall marketing goals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay at the forefront of trends in affiliate marketing, tools, technology, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Expectations (All About You):
- Experience: Previous experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Highly confident using data to guide decision-making and performance conversations (EPC, LTV, CR, CTR, etc.).
- Technical Savy: Skilled in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), reporting tools, and navigating marketing dashboards.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English is required. (Additional languages are a strong plus).
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities and comfortable closing deals that maximize program value.
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a confident multitasker who can manage diverse priorities.
