The Role

We are seeking a CEO with deep-rooted authority in the adult industry or high-growth creator marketplaces. This is a "Founder-Mindset" role. You will be responsible for taking the company from pre-launch architecture to global scale, overseeing everything from high-level capital raising to the nuances of adult-industry payment processing and compliance.

Strategic Mandates:

  • GTM Strategy: Architect and execute the global launch, positioning the company as the premium alternative to legacy subscription platforms.
  • Network Activation: Leverage your existing high-level relationships with creator agencies, top-tier performers, and affiliate networks to seed the marketplace.
  • Operational Integrity: Navigate the complex regulatory, banking, and 2257-compliance landscape inherent in the U.S. adult industry.
  • Capital Strategy: Lead fundraising rounds, manage investor relations, and ensure the platform is capitalized for aggressive growth.
  • Ecosystem Growth: Balance the two-sided marketplace, ensuring a steady stream of "Wisher" demand to meet supply without relying on creator-led traffic.

The Executive Profile:

  • Proven Track Record: You have served as a CEO, Founder, or C-Suite executive in a high-volume adult platform, content marketplace, or fintech venture.
  • Industry Authority: You possess a "Black Book" of contacts across the U.S. adult entertainment sector—from talent agencies to payment aggregators.
  • Operational Depth: You understand the "behind the scenes" of trust and safety, content moderation, and the unique challenges of high-risk merchant accounts.
  • Scale Specialist: You have successfully taken an early-stage digital platform through significant user acquisition and revenue milestones.
  • Communication: You can bridge the gap between the creative talent world and the venture capital boardroom.
