Job Description: Senior Affiliate Manager (Russian Fluency)

Overview: A premier global partner in performance marketing is seeking an exceptional Affiliate Manager to join their team in Barcelona. This role requires an individual who can strategically scale one of their largest existing client portfolios while actively expanding their footprint. The successful candidate will navigate complex, high-reward verticals with a focus on optimization and direct negotiation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with an existing portfolio of high-value advertisers. Constantly optimize campaigns for a flagship client, providing creative and analytical advice.
  • Strategic Campaign Creation: Coordinate online campaign strategies, analyzing daily data and delivering weekly/monthly reports to both external clients and internal management.
  • Active Scaling & Growth: Actively identify, onboard, and activate new advertisers. Negotiate directly with publishers to optimize ad spaces, secure budgets, and close complex deals.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot performance issues and collaborate on setting up new platform features/improvements.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of performance marketing trends and represent the company at international tradeshows.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • English & Russian Fluency: Native-level or bilingual proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the digital/performance sector, with a deep understanding of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.).
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: A strong technical understanding, combined with critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills. Comfortable working with autonomous decision-making and within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. A passion for online advertising, technology, and new digital innovations.
