The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Media Buyer to launch and scale our paid acquisition campaigns across high-performing channels that work in regulated adult environments.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI while lowering customer acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on high-performing networks suitable for adult/gambling environments (e.g., native ads, programmatic display, specialized adult ad networks, Telegram/Reddit communities)
Manage media budgets to deliver strong ROI while systematically lowering CAC
Execute A/B/C/D tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to maximize conversions

Creative Strategy & Asset Management

Coordinate with in-house and external designers to create high-impact ad creatives and landing pages
Provide detailed creative briefs based on performance data and market insights
Develop winning creative concepts and iterate based on performance feedback
Manage creative asset libraries and ensure compliance with platform guidelines

Traffic Source Diversification

Research and test new traffic sources and advertising platforms
Build relationships with ad network representatives and negotiate favorable terms
Stay updated on industry trends and platform policy changes affecting adult content advertising
Identify emerging opportunities in advertising networks

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV using Google Analytics 4, tracking platforms, and internal dashboards
Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
Conduct cohort analysis and attribution modeling to optimize the full funnel
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Affiliate Management, Product, Tech, Creator Relations, and Finance teams
Align paid media strategy with overall growth and business objectives
Collaborate on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives

Key Metrics / KPIs

Return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Monthly paid traffic volume and quality metrics
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) improvements
Campaign profitability and budget efficiency across channels
Conversion rate optimization across the entire paid funnel

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying for B2C companies, with a strong preference for adult entertainment, gambling, or similarly regulated industries
Proven track record of scaling profitable paid campaigns
Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Ads Manager, and specialized ad tracking platforms
Experience with adult-friendly ad networks, native advertising platforms, and alternative traffic sources
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
Creative mindset with ability to conceptualize high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Deep understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge of compliance requirements for adult content advertising across different regions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
Familiarity with adult advertising networks
Background in subscription-based business models
Experience with advanced attribution and analytics tools
Understanding of adult content regulations and advertising restrictions
