The Client

Our client is a well established, independent estate agency in Cambridge, currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their office. Our client has grown from strength to strength and have a roadmap for success in the future as part of their expansion plans. 

The Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced property professional, who will have to be able to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced environment. This diverse role involves the following key responsibilities:

-Booking and conducting viewings 

-Registering applicants accurately, whilst adhering to GDPR compliance 

-Liase with applicants and landlords 

-Assist with the registration and referencing paperwork 

-Negotiate on lettings, achieving the best possible outcome for all parties 

-Canvassing for new lettings opportunities 

-Promoting the business 

-Marketing properties 

-Generating new business opportunities

Requirements

Candidates will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

-At least 12 months' experience in a similar role within the property industry 

-Strong negotiating skills with a proven track record 

-Well presented and professional individual 

-Ability to build rapport with clients and applicants
