Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the general running of the office
- Collaborate with other members of the office team
- Keep records in the CRM system up to date
- Correspond with clients and third parties by telephone and email
- Handle complex queries
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role preferred
- Naturally motivated and able to work in an efficient manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT proficient with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and vibrant personality
