Empower Personnel are pleased to be working with an expanding company based in Newmarket, who are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator on a full-time basis. 

Offering a competitive salary, this role would be suitable for somebody who has previous administrative experience and who is keen to progress with an exciting company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the general running of the office 
  • Collaborate with other members of the office team 
  • Keep records in the CRM system up to date 
  • Correspond with clients and third parties by telephone and email 
  • Handle complex queries

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Naturally motivated and able to work in an efficient manner 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT proficient with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant personality
