DeFi Product Owner

Core Positioning:

• Technical PM: A technical Product Manager with an engineering background who can translate complex protocols and infrastructure into clear product requirements and a seamless user experience.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of DeFi product experience, with a track record of building products from 0 to 1 (startup or core team experience preferred; experience with well-known EVM DeFi projects is a major plus).

Technical Capabilities:

• On-Chain Mechanisms: Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics: account models, transaction patterns, RPC/indexer reliability, caching, and cross-chain workflows.
• Core DeFi Scenarios: Highly familiar with self-custody wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield strategies, and token standards.
• Engineering Grounding: A foundational background in full-stack or backend development (React, Node, APIs, cloud architecture) to speak the same language as the engineering team.
• Bonus Points: Participation in setting protocol standards (such as EIP proposals) or hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integrations.

Business & Product Experience:

• Experience shipping consumer-facing Web3 apps paired with ecosystem products (onboarding flows, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations).

• Quantifiable success metrics in user growth or ecosystem integration.

• Cross-functional collaboration experience across engineering, design, data, and ecosystem/BD teams.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Strong sense of ownership and an ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (for team and ecosystem communication).

• A smart-contract-first mindset focused heavily on on-chain security.
