About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Admin & Outreach Support Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate industry.

This role combines cold calling/outreach and administrative support. You will be responsible for reaching out to leads and real estate agents to introduce our services while also assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team lead when needed.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent English fluency, a professional tone, and a proactive mindset. You should be comfortable speaking with new people, handling a high volume of calls, and managing administrative responsibilities with attention to detail.

You will work directly under the team lead and receive training, systems, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads within our internal system

  • Prospect and reach out to real estate agents to introduce our services

  • Maintain a minimum of 110 dials per day using a power dialer

  • Follow provided scripts, systems, and outreach processes

  • Build rapport with prospects and identify potential interest in our services

  • Schedule follow-ups or appointments when applicable

  • Accurately update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, lead organization, and task follow-ups

  • Assist the team lead with basic executive assistant tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Clear, neutral English speaking ability (minimal to no accent, professional tone)

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach preferred

  • Experience in Executive Assistant (EA) or administrative support roles is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment with performance targets

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Experience using CRM systems, dialers, or outreach tools is a plus
