About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels at day-to-day property management tasks but is also eager to step into a leadership role as the team expands.

The right candidate will initially work hands-on with operations and, in the near future, lead and manage a small team of virtual assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant communication (email, calls, messages)
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
  • Handle rent tracking, invoices, and basic bookkeeping support
  • Update property management software and CRM systems
  • Prepare reports and support owners/managers with daily operations
  • Document processes and improve workflows


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Management VA or in property management
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, or similar)
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
  • Experience working with U.S.-based properties
  • Previous experience managing or training a team
  • Maintenance coordination or leasing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and motivate others
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
