Job Title: Real Estate - Transaction Coordinator
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $960 - $1280 USD/month , depending per client

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST) , depending per client

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Transaction Coordinator of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, documents, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MLS systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Understanding of Real Estate wholesaling
  • Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficient in Real Estate CRMs

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including opening escrow, drafting contracts, and preparing closing documents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services required for the transaction.
  • Review contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within established timelines.
  • Prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and other relevant information to keep stakeholders informed of the transaction progress.
  • Maintain organized files and records for each transaction, ensuring all documentation is complete and readily accessible.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction process.
