Position: Dispositions Specialist

Base Salary: $8/hr

Commission/Incentives: To be determined

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 am -6 pm CST

Pipeline: HYPR Direct - Directly hired by the client

Qualifications:

• Must speak clearly
• Must have sales experience
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated to close deals

Responsibilities:

• Present real estate deals to knowledgeable buyers and skillfully handle negotiations.
• Develop engaging marketing content to highlight available properties to potential buyers.
• Arrange property tours and appointments with realtors and investors (you wont need to attend showings yourself).
• Build and maintain a strong list of prospective buyers to boost sales efforts.
• Foster lasting connections with buyers, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct research on MLS listings to find promising real estate opportunities.
• Design and implement marketing strategies through email, social media, and text messaging.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM with buyer and property details.
• Assist the sales team with various administrative and communication-related duties.
