The Opportunity
This is not a basic virtual assistant role.
We're looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can build systems that improve efficiency, increase revenue, and create better client experiences.
As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients implement and optimize their CRM systems, automations, funnels, and customer journeys.
You'll work directly with our leadership team and collaborate with developers, automation specialists, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Administration
- Build and manage client GoHighLevel accounts
- Configure pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, and reporting
- Create, maintain, and optimize snapshots
- Support SaaS Mode environments and client onboarding
- Organize and maintain CRM systems and account structures
- Create internal documentation and process guides
Automation & Workflow Development
- Build advanced workflow automations
- Create email, SMS, voicemail, and nurture sequences
- Design client onboarding and fulfillment workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation performance
- Improve lead management and customer lifecycle systems
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes
Funnels & Conversion Systems
- Build landing pages and sales funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Configure forms, calendars, automation triggers, and conversion tracking
- Optimize user experience and conversion performance
- Assist with campaign launches and lead generation systems
Integrations & Technical Setup
- Integrate third-party applications using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
- Configure Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, calendars, and communication tools
- Support custom software integrations when needed
- Collaborate with developers on advanced implementations
AI & Emerging Technology
- Assist with AI-powered workflows and business automation
- Support implementation of AI tools within client operations
- Explore new ways to improve efficiency using automation and AI technologies
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Experience building workflows and automation systems
- Strong understanding of CRM management
- Experience building funnels and landing pages
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred
- Experience with GoHighLevel SaaS Mode
- Experience working with agencies
- Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
- Experience supporting real estate, coaching, legal, or financial service businesses
- Experience with AI tools and AI workflow automation
- Basic understanding of software development concepts
- Experience with custom CRM integrations
