About the Role

Were seeking a proactive and hungry-to-learn Onboarding Specialist / GHL Virtual Assistant to support Closekit and other GHL-based clients within InnoStak.

You'll play a key role in ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly, systems are configured correctly, and automation builds are executed with precision. You'll also assist in maintaining clean, scalable processes for multiple GHL projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their GHL career who wants to grow quickly, gain hands-on experience, and become a core part of a tech-savvy, fast-moving team.

You'll work closely with Byron and CSY, supporting onboarding flows, client setups, and project coordination across the InnoStak portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from setup to activation.
  • Configure, test, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, automations, and pipelines.
  • Assist with Zapier integrations, data connections, and Google Suite documentation.
  • Maintain client records, task tracking, and process notes for onboarding milestones.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent builds and smooth handoffs.
  • Support GHL-related projects for other InnoStak clients as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical or workflow issues and escalate when required.


Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM/automation tools.
  • Comfortable using Zapier and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong initiative and ownership mindset eager to grow within the role.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely.
  • Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Prior exposure to SaaS onboarding or virtual assistant work.
  • Experience with tools like Loom, Slack, or SmartSuite.
  • Interest in automation, process design, or CRM systems.

Compensation

$5-6 USD per hour Full-time, remote position
