Location: Remote (preferably South America for overlapping phone hours)
Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM PST
  • Wednesday: 12 PM – 7 PM PST
  • Saturday: 2 hours as needed

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, Spanish-speaking administrative assistant to support his real estate investment operations. This is a full-time role focused on handling administrative tasks, logistics, and coordination—allowing the client to focus on higher-level business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks for multiple companies
  • Coordinate with the acquisition team to confirm appointments
  • Handle logistics around property dispositions (turning on/off utilities, coordinating vendors, buyers, and inspectors)
  • Assist with rental property setup, including communication with insurance agents and utilities
  • Upload photos, inspections, and other documentation into the CRM
  • Support other business ventures with general admin duties
  • Communicate with vendors and buyers as needed
  • No cold calling or direct seller outreach

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience working with real estate investors (must understand investor workflows, not just real estate agent experience)
  • Comfortable handling administrative and logistical tasks independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred:

  • Based in South America (to allow for phone coordination)
