Our client is looking for a strategic Communications Planner to shape how their healthcare portfolio shows up across markets, audiences, and channels. This role is ideal for someone who blends brand strategy, audience insight, and integrated campaign planning, and enjoys turning research and data into clear, compelling messaging.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and marketing, focusing on defining what to say, to whom, and why before execution begins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain communications frameworks aligned to brand purpose, audience insight, and campaign objectives
  • Translate research, data, and persona insight into value propositions and messaging architectures
  • Define high-level event narratives and adapt messaging for specific audiences, stakeholders, and regions
  • Partner with marketing teams to plan integrated campaigns across PR, content, digital, email, and social
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Support regional teams in localising global messaging while maintaining brand alignment
  • Brief creative, content, and agency partners with clear strategic direction
  • Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness, refining messaging based on insight and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in communications planning, brand strategy, or integrated campaign planning
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate insight and research into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Experience working across multiple channels (PR, website, content, email, social)
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Background in a large advertising or marketing agency
  • Experience in B2B, events, or complex multi-audience environments
  • Exposure to global or multi-market brands
  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
