Job Title: Sales Manager, EMEA

They are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager, EMEA to spearhead regional sales activities, foster key client relationships, and expand their market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Job Summary
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in technical B2B sales. Youll focus on developing profitable growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Management
- Develop and manage profitable sales growth across the EMEA region.
- Generate new business leads, prospect key markets, and convert opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from enquiry to order completion.
Sales Planning & Market Development
- Implement a Regional Sales Plan aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market segmentation and pitch relevant products accordingly.
- Attend regional sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Performance Management
- Monitor market performance versus annual sales plans.
- Identify areas of underperformance and create action plans to drive new activities.
Key Account Management
- Develop a deep understanding of customer markets, trends, and dynamics.
- Lead global and regional sales coordination to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain strong engagement with key accounts at all organizational levels.
- Support the Key Account Team with tools, skills development, and leadership.
- Continuously review performance and align efforts with annual budgets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of Key Account Management experience within a B2B technical sales environment.
- Experience in solution-based sales to regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Hungarian, German, Spanish, or Russian are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and adaptable to fast-pacedq environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
