In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in driving end-to-end business transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimise processes, and deliver measurable business impact. As a Business Analyst within the Transformation function, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear, actionable outcomes.
You'll be at the heart of change initiatives, analysing current-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and shaping future-state solutions that align with organisational strategy. Your work will directly contribute to improved performance, scalability, and long-term business value across a global travel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Optimisation
Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across cross-functional domains.
Requirements & Solution Design
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and define business requirements, translating them into structured documentation and clear solution proposals.
Transformation Delivery Support
Partner with Transformation Programme Managers and delivery teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and implemented solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and operational teams, facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and driving consensus on priorities and solutions.
Governance & Risk Management
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with transformation initiatives, proactively proposing mitigation strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Support
Leverage data, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate current-state performance and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to a culture of agility and continuous optimisation, recommending enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and improved business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in Business Analysis, preferably within transformation or change-focused environments.
- Proven experience analysing and redesigning cross-functional, end-to-end business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience within the travel or B2B distribution sector is highly advantageous.
