In this pivotal role, you'll lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and continuous optimisation of products within your portfolio ensuring they deliver measurable value and align with the company's broader strategic goals. As a Senior Product Owner, you'll act as the bridge between business objectives, customer needs, and technology deliver, driving alignment, clarity, and impact across cross-functional teams.

You'll be at the heart of product leadership shaping the product vision, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring that every release enhances customer experience, operational performance, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Leadership:
  Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with organisational goals and product leadership direction.
• Stakeholder Alignment:
  Collaborate closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure clarity, shared understanding, and alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Customer Advocacy:
  Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights, research, and feedback into actionable product requirements that maximise value.
• Delivery Excellence:
  Work with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, manage backlogs effectively, and oversee progress through agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Value Optimisation:
  Continuously assess and maximise the value delivered by products, defining success metrics and measuring progress against business and customer outcomes.
• Data-Driven Insights:
  Leverage data and analytics to inform priorities, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions that enhance both user satisfaction and business growth.
• Lifecycle Ownership:
  Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning and delivery to in-life performance management and optimisation ensuring sustained impact.
• Collaboration & Empowerment:
  Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within product teams through open communication and shared understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
• Proven ability to define, shape, and deliver product vision and strategy.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
• Highly skilled in problem-solving, prioritisation, and critical thinking.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
