They also sell tailored leather-care products through online marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Line Shopping.

What you'll own:

• Handle daily support for e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Line Shopping, company website).
• Coordinate with Marketing for promos, content, email blasts, campaign calendars.
• Sync with Sales to track online orders, refunds, customer issues, trends.
• Use data from e-commerce dashboards (traffic, conversion, refund rates) to spot issues or opportunities.
• Participate in project tasks like new category rollouts or site improvements.
• Keep customer-service scorecards, monitor KPIs, suggest process fixes.

Who you are:

• 1-3 years in e-commerce coordination, fast-moving consumer goods, D2C, or retail.
• Gets how online shopping engines, promos, and marketplace dynamics work.
• Strong planner, communicator, multi-tasker.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, collaborative.
