Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth execution of projects and delivering business value through proactive account servicing, project tracking, and internal coordination. This is a client-facing, high-ownership role ideal for candidates with a passion for consumer marketing and experience in FMCG or promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients and brand teams
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Manage internal cross-functional teams (creative, sourcing, logistics)
  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and performance metrics
  • Support new business proposals and pitches when needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in account management, client servicing, or brand execution
  • Experience working with FMCG clients is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-heavy environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus
