Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to learn and grow in a dynamic brand consultancy. The Project Manager will support the account and delivery teams in day-to-day coordination, project tracking, and reporting across company's brand activation and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project execution, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Track timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination
• Support Key Account Managers with internal communication and documentation
• Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, and basic reports
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, creative, sourcing, and logistics teams

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Internship or 1 year experience in project coordination/client support
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented
