With clients across retail, BFSI, healthcare, auto, and hospitality, their platform helps brands manage thousands of listings, reviews and location-level insights across Google, Bing, Apple, and more all in real time, at scale.
They're now expanding and entering a high-growth phase and seeking an experienced BD leader in Thailand.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Lead, you'll play a key role in leading revenue growth across your designated region. You'll be responsible for executing GTM strategies, closing enterprise-level deals, and building a scalable sales engine. This is a senior leadership role ideal for high-performers who combine strategic thinking with front-line execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional new business targets and drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and close mid-market and enterprise clients across priority verticals (retail, clinics, BFSI, QSRs, etc.).
- Build and manage a lean sales team over time (SDRs/AEs), including coaching and performance oversight.
- Develop market-specific strategies to position company against emerging competitors.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success and Marketing to refine positioning and deliver client value.
- Represent company at relevant events, webinars and strategic meetings within the region.
- Provide structured feedback on regional trends, client needs and competitor movements to leadership.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Experience of selling to CMOs , Digital Marketing heads , SEO Managers , Digital officers in industries like Retail( Food , Fashion , clothing , Luxury ) , BFSI , Hypermarkets Chains , Hospitals and Diagnostic brands , Pharmacy Chains
- Demonstrated ability to lead mid-to-long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and consultative selling approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable with leading C-level conversations.
- Based in-region with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and buyer behavior.
