Project Management/Business Analysis
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes.
  • Organise and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or Kanban).
  • Track project performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, developers, and leadership teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
  • Validate solutions through testing, feedback loops, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and value-driven enhancements.
Requirements
Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a combined role of Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing software or digital product projects.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international, or remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles or wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certifications.
