Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Jakarta)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying client needs, providing personalized financial advice, promoting banking products, and ensuring client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Experience in relationship management and customer service
3. Knowledge of financial products and services
4. Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
5. Sales and negotiation skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., WPPE & AAJI) are a plus
8. Candidates with Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage
