About the Role
We're seeking an experienced researcher to lead the client's innovation pipeline for next-generation AI features. You'll work closely with the Head of AI and co-founders to shape research direction, evaluate emerging techniques, and drive ideas from paper to product.
What You'll Do
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, computer vision, and creative tooling
- Translate novel research into high-quality prototypes and production-ready features
- Build and manage our innovation pipeline, including internal benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
- Stay on top of emerging trends and assess new architectures for potential integration
- Publish research, present at top-tier conferences, and represent company within the AI research community
- Collaborate closely with engineering to bridge the gap between research and product execution
You Should Have
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR)
- Deep expertise in generative models, including diffusion models and transformers
- Demonstrated experience building research prototypes and translating them into real-world applications
- Prior leadership in academic or industry research projects
- Must be based in Vietnam
