Role:

Our client is looking for a bright and motivated Management Trainee to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across all functions of an Asset Management company. You will work directly under the CEO and have exposure to operations, client management, and strategic projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Learn and support various functions across the company, gaining a holistic understanding of Asset Management. 
• Assist in daily operational tasks and special projects. 
• Collaborate with teams to understand processes and contribute ideas for improvement. 
• Develop professional skills under the guidance of senior leadership. 

Requirements: 

• Fresher or recent graduate with a BBA or MBA degree. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
