About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Technical Lead to act as a bridge between client-facing teams, project managers, and the technical team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management oversight, and client engagement skills. You will work closely with the CEO, manage ongoing projects, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for project managers and the offshore development team
• Translate client and business requirements into clear technical direction for the engineering team
• Review solution designs, system architecture, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and feasibility
• Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are managed effectively
• Support project managers with technical decision-making, risk identification, and issue resolution
• Participate in client-facing meetings to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and provide solution recommendations
• Work closely with the Founder on technical strategy, delivery planning, and new business or pre-sales discussions
• Ensure consistent communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, preventing gaps or misalignment
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing technical direction and best practices
• Continuously improve delivery processes, documentation standards, and internal workflows

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft ecosystem products and tools (mandatory)
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing or coordinating technical projects and teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT, technical consulting, or project leadership
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or modern tech solutions is a plus (but not the focus)
