Job Title: Elementary Teacher (General/Multiple Subject)
I-Bridge Education and Career Services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Elementary Teacher to join our teacher pool for 2026 academic year. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and supported
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure students' academic and social-emotional needs are being met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/license for elementary education
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting
- Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus
