I-Bridge Education and Career Services is seeking a highly qualified and experienced US Credentialed SPED Teacher to join our teacher pool for US District schools interview. The ideal candidate will have previous or existing J-1 or H-1 Visa status, and a passion for working with students with special needs.

As a US Credentialed SPED Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and support to students with a variety of special needs. This may include but is not limited to students with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and physical disabilities. You will work closely with a team of educators, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student, and provide ongoing progress monitoring and support.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs, in collaboration with other members of the education team

- Provide high-quality instruction and support to students with a variety of special needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies

- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and assessments to track student growth and adjust instruction as necessary

- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure the inclusion and success of students with special needs in the general education classroom

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other team meetings as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided

- Stay current on best practices and developments in the field of special education, and participate in professional development opportunities as required

Qualifications:

- Valid US teaching credential in Special Education

- Previous or existing J-1 or H-1 Visa status

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with special needs

- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices and strategies for teaching students with special needs

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and their families

- Passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to their success
