Qualifications:

• Education: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Bachelors in Nursing

• Licensure/Certification:NCLEX Passer required, IELTS Passer preferred

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior float/pool experience preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and follow policies and protocols across different sites.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
