We are seeking a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team in Heerhugowaard. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position, with working days from Monday to Friday (Saturdays by arrangement). To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English or Dutch at level A1-A2. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a responsible attitude towards your work. Due to the precise and neat nature of the job, we prefer a female candidate. Please note that the work is performed in narrow aisles, so physical agility is required. This position offers a competitive salary of €14.71 gross per hour, with weekly payments in accordance with Dutch labor laws. In addition, you will receive 25 days of paid vacation per year and pension contributions. We also provide a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer. Your main responsibilities will include creating and arranging floral designs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.
