Position: Hotel Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue and increasing occupancy rates. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing relationships with clients. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates

- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business

- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and results

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products, services, and pricing to effectively sell to clients

- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and generate leads

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the hotel's management team

- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet sales targets

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software

- Willingness to travel for business purposes
