Minimum Qualification Graduation/BBA/Diploma HR/MBA.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR Operations/should have deep knowledge of HR Operations.

Job Description

1. Support TA and HR shared service process.
2. Complete responsibility for all HR documentation / backend TA process
3. Responsible for capturing and tracking Data metrics.
4. Responsible to Execute the Internal Job posting (end to end process), including Interview coordination, transfer, Onboarding
5. Coordination with candidates for Interview and Onboarding process.
6. Responsible to initiate and closure of Background verification of the candidates (End to end process)
7. Responsible to manage the internal stake holder
8. Responsible to issue appointment/contract/agreement letters.
9. Coordination with Internal and external stake holders for Interview and Onboarding
10. Cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations to enable excellence in service delivery
11. Responsible to maintain HR File record of new joiner, Hard and digital copies.
