Position:

As a Regular Front-Еnd Developer at ICT Strypes, you will be joining our development teams to develop and enhance web/desktop-based applications and work with some of the latest technologies in user interfaces, server architecture, and cloud-based computing. You will collaborate with many project team members (Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, QAs, etc.) to ensure the development and implementation of solutions. Engineers on our team are collaborative, opinionated about contemporary software development practices, and open-minded to contrasting views. Main Responsibilities

• As a Scrum team member, to actively participate in Scrum Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement, and Retrospective Meetings;
• Ensuring all deliverables are met as per plans and specifications;
• Delivering quality software on time;
• Write efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable code for new features and system components;
• Participate in design discussions about new features and ensure real-time technology integrates seamlessly with other pieces of the platform.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in server-side/client-side development with JavaScript;
• 2+ years of experience with React;
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
• Excellent analytical and design capabilities;
• A team player with an interest in collaborating and working daily in a multicultural environment;
• Mindset for getting things done in a timely and quality manner;
• Desire to constantly improve;
• Fast learner and self-starter;
• Excellent English level (both written and verbal).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Electron;
• Development experience on a SaaS product;
• Experience in usability/interface design, UI/UX knowledge;
• Good understanding of microservice architecture based on RESTful API.
