Regular/Senior DevOps Engineer (Pipelines)
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and extend GitHub Actions–based CI/CD workflows used across engineering community;
- Implement new checks, validations, and automation logic primarily using Python,
GitHub Actions YAML, Docker, and container-based execution environments; - Perform lifecycle management (LCM);
- Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards (Splunk; Grafana);
- Provide support to internal engineers using workflows and tooling;
- Review PRs, guide technical design, and help users contribute high-quality improvements;
- Translate user needs into scalable, maintainable automation solutions;
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and
Go; - Ensure reliable container-based execution environments for CI workloads;
- Leverage Kubernetes knowledge to optimize workflow runtime environments and
debug pipeline execution issues; - Lead technical innovation to boost developer productivity and reduce CI friction.
- Experiment with new technologies and bring validated ideas into production.
Requirements
Technology Stack:
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, and Git-based development;
- Proficiency in Python for automation tooling;
- Solid knowledge of Docker, container execution models, and pods;
- Experience with Kubernetes (core concepts, workloads, debugging);
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana);
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Go, Rust, or multi-language tooling ecosystems;
- Terraform, GCP IAM, or cloud networking experience;
- Exposure to inner-source contribution models;
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows;
- Understanding of large-scale CI/CD systems.
