Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support to our customers via email, online chat, and other channels. This role plays a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction for our eSIM and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales stages through email, online chat, and other support channels.

Handle customer feedback professionally using internal ticketing systems and knowledge bases.

Accurately document service records and contribute to customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize service processes.

Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) as working languages.

Able to work on rotating shifts, including evening shifts (no overnight graveyard shifts).

Strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, and good team collaboration skills.

Proactive, able to identify issues and suggest process improvements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience in telecom operator or customer service center is a strong advantage.

Age: Under 35 years old.
