Delivery Engineer (Telecom/IT)

We are currently recruiting experienced Overseas Delivery Engineers to support international telecom operator projects.

This role is primarily responsible for the deployment, integration, operation, and maintenance of our software service products within telecom operators' networks.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in telecom system integration and project delivery, combined with excellent multilingual communication skills.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
  • Fluent in Chinese (strong speaking and listening)
• Technical Background:
  • Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in telecom system integration, project delivery, and system operation & maintenance
  • Experience working with telecom operators or in carrier-grade network environments is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote delivery of software service product projects for overseas telecom operators
• Install and configure servers, operating systems, and deploy our software products
• Design and review network topologies, integration architectures, and deployment schemes in operator network environments
• Explain system functions, business processes, configuration methods, and integration requirements to external clients
• Perform post-deployment system inspections, including KPI monitoring, alarm handling, and service updates
• Collect and analyze system and server logs; collaborate with backend teams for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ensure the system meets telecom security and regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide technical training and documentation support to clients and internal teams
• Ensure project delivery and maintenance activities meet timeline, quality, and customer expectations
