Full-Stack AI Engineer (Europe, LatAm, Canada)

We're looking for full-stack AI engineers to help build the future of outbound and GTM automation using AI. 

You'll ship production LLM features end-to-end — from prompt design to React UI — working directly with founders and team leads. No PMs, no JIRA, no layers of management. Just fast, high-ownership work on AI products used daily by tens of thousands of revenue teams.

What you'll work on AI-powered outbound tools — lead enrichment, campaign generation, reply handling, and more.

Stack TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs.

Must-haves

• Strong full-stack TypeScript (React/Next.js + Node)
• Shipped production LLM features to real users
• Solid understanding of outbound, cold email, and GTM/sales-tech
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ex-founder or founding engineer background preferred
• Strong written English (async-first team)
• Based in Europe, LatAm, or Canada with full or partial EU timezone overlap

Not a fit if you

• Have no genuine interest in AI or aren't building with LLMs on your own time
• Need corporate structure — JIRA, standups, and layers of management
• Struggle with ownership and moving fast
• Have weak fundamentals in React / Next.js or backend
• Can't communicate clearly in English
